The brief
Shimizu Corporation required a fast-track pre-engineered building (PEB) facility to expand manufacturing capacity and meet rising production demand. Speed was critical — early commissioning of the plant had to align with delivery schedules already committed to their end customers.
How we delivered
B1 India executed the project through a tightly integrated plan, combining civil foundations and structural steel erection under a single coordinated schedule. Parallel work fronts with dedicated crews enabled rapid progress across activities — the team erected over 450 tonnes of structural steel within 8 weeks, while maintaining strict quality and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
The outcome
The 1,35,000 sq. ft. facility was handed over on time and within the approved budget, fully ready for operations. Today the PEB structure supports high-efficiency manufacturing, giving the client scalable space and improved operational throughput.
